Four things account for almost every case.
You never confirmed your email
A profile stays shut until the confirmation link is clicked. Try logging in anyway — we send you a fresh link automatically when that is the problem. It is usually in the spam folder.
You are using the wrong one of three
Email, mobile or profile ID all work, but the password has to match the account. If you registered with a family member’s email, use that email.
Too many tries
After several failed attempts we pause logins from your connection for fifteen minutes. It is not a ban and nothing has happened to your account. Wait, then try once carefully.
Still stuck
Email support@byahme.com with your profile ID or the email address you registered with. A person reads it, and we reply within one working day.
