Our services
Six ways we help families find a match, from a straightforward listing to an assisted search with our team.
What we deliberately do not offer
Most of this industry sells the opposite of what we sell, so it is worth being explicit about the things we have chosen not to build. Each one costs us money.
No messaging or chat
Every harm we wanted to design out — harassment, pressure, months of private conversation behind a family’s back — travels through a chat box. So there is not one, and there never will be. Once a number is shared the families talk on WhatsApp, the way a rishta has always been arranged.
No premium tier
One membership at one price. No featured-profile auction, no boost, no tier that quietly unlocks what should have been included. A family in Sargodha pays exactly what a family in Toronto pays.
No commission on a marriage
We take nothing when a match succeeds, and we do not broker introductions for a fee behind the scenes. The membership is the only income, and it is published.
No checks we cannot perform
We confirm an email address. We do not verify identity documents, employment, income or marital status, and we will not imply otherwise with a badge. Every other check is yours, and our guides set out exactly how.
No dowry listings
Profiles stating dowry expectations are removed. Demanding dowry is an offence under the Dowry and Bridal Gifts (Restriction) Act 1976, and we will not host it however it is phrased.
No selling your data
Member records are not sold, not advertised against, and not shared with matchmakers. They sit outside the public website entirely, and photographs are deleted with the profile.
Who this service suits
It fits some families much better than others, and saying so saves everybody time.
It works well if
- You want the family involved from the first conversation, not after months of private messaging
- You are unwilling to put a daughter’s photograph where anyone who pays can see it
- You are searching across cities or countries, where the local network has run out
- You are seeking a second marriage, or are divorced or widowed, and are tired of being treated as a category
- You want to filter on biradari, sect, profession and family background before any approach
It will frustrate you if
- You want to chat and get to know someone online first. That is a different service and we are not it
- You expect the site to vet people for you. It does not, and anyone claiming to is overselling
- You want results in days. The families who do well here take weeks and verify properly
- You are not ready for your family to be part of it
Support, and what it covers
What we will help with
- Anything to do with your account, profile or membership
- Payment problems, duplicate charges and activation
- Reports of fake profiles, harassment or misuse of shared contact details
- Removing your profile and your photographs
- Explaining how requests, tokens and the grace period work
What we cannot help with
- Mediating a dispute between two members or their families
- Vouching for anyone, or telling you whether a proposal is genuine
- Recovering money sent to another member
- Immigration, legal or financial advice
- Persuading somebody to accept your request
Five addresses, each read by a person, with replies inside one working day: enquiries, member support, billing, complaints and careers. There is no phone line, and that is deliberate — a call leaves no record, and when a family later disagrees about what was promised, an email thread settles it and a phone call does not.
Not sure which you need?
Most families start with a standard listing and upgrade only if the search takes longer than expected. There is no pressure to buy the largest package.
